Summer Fruit TrifleD

Ingredients
1 vanilla or butter cake, cubed
2 cups sliced strawberries
2 tablespoons sugar
custard (tetra-pak or fridge packed)
1 cup raspberries
2 nectarines or  peaches, sliced
1 medium banana, sliced
raspberries and blueberries, or canned plums (pitted)
light whipped cream (for garnishing)
Method
Process strawberries in blender or food processor until smooth; stir in sugar.
Layer 1/3 of the cake cubes in bottom of glass serving bowl or individual bowls. Spoon 1/3 of the custard and strawberry puree over cake and top with 1/3 of the other fruits. Repeat layers 2 times. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Garnish with whipped  cream.
